ACTIVE PERIODICALS complaint

I told these people to stop debting my card and i brought my account up and they did. I am looking for a way to regain my money back? I am a single mom working to take care of my two girls. I needed that money and i told them when they called that i did. But did they care....apparently not because they took the money.If anyone can help me on this matter please let me no.I also would like to no how to get them to stop debting my card so i can pay my bills.
